Curator's report - 8th annual easter art tour

Easter 2014 on Salt Spring Island marks the opening of the 8th annual Easter Art Tour.


While Stefanie's work is well known, the finely wrought and finished wooden sculptures by Steven Stairs will be shown here for the first time. Collectors and art enthusiasts will have a rare opportunity to see and purchase his work. Along with past work, Stefanie will be showing recent work, in particular her latest work involving layering painted mylar over her paintings. The result is a complex and rich imagery.
